Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: On thursday september 16, 2004 i took my car to a certifed nissan delearship service department for the third time in less than two years to correct a problem with my ignition coils. there seems to be no service department in greenville south carolina that can say why the coils are going bad. i found out there my invesitgation on carstates.com that over 250 people who owns 2000 nissan maximas and have had problems with their ignition coils. i would never buy another nissan or anything related to nissan. i have saved all of the old parts that were taken off of my car. when i notifed nissan corporation of my complaint in 2003 they said that no one complained of this issue. i was upset and i thought that i had the only nissan with this problem. i would just like to find all of those people with the 2000 maximas and pool together to sue nissan corporation. when these coils go bad, it is very unsave and it will eventually cause a death because your car will completely stop in the middle of driving, especially when it is cold outside.*ak
