| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We bought a new 2003 pontiac grand prix in april 2003 with goodyear rsa's that came on it. in september of 2004 noticed front end noise and rough ride. took it to dealership to get it checked out. they rotated and balanced tires, checked everything out and still noise was there. i was advised to get the tires checked out, that may be the problem. went to sears and right off the bat they found that one of the tires had a factory defect. knowing that buying just one tire would not be the right thing to do (others with only 1/2 tread), had to buy 4 new tires. sears did give me some credit for the defective tire, (but not enough to cover price the new one) but because of the defective one had to purchase 4 new tires and needless to say did not purchase goodyear. sears did say that tires. *ak |
