Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: If this is not where i need to send a complaint, please forward this message to the correct persons. i own a 2001 pontiac bonneville with only 52,000 miles. i bought this car in may 2004. *ak in june 2004 the power window went out. i was informed that they could not just replace the "arm" but also the window motor with a cost $300. then, only 3 months later the check engine light came on and i found out that the ignition module went out which made the ignition coil go out, which made the ignition cables go bad! that was an additional $650! the reason i am upset is because carmax supposedly have their cars "carmax certified". they are supposed to protect against getting a "lemon".
