| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Graco turbo booster model # 869fla, dom 05/01/2004. consumer stated that his child got somehow wrapped up in the seat belt, and could not get out. once the child was tangled in the seat belt it kept tightening. there was not way to entangle the seat belt. he had to cut the seat belt before it would loosen. he thinks t the seat belt was advertised for children 3 and up. *ak |
