| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The vehicle's tires began to wear unevenly and the suspension could not be balanced. *nm the vehicle pulled constantly pulled to the right after it was aligned. the consumer inquired as to whether the tires on his vehicle was apart of the recall. the ford representative told the consumer the tires were not apart of the recall. a month later after going to the dealership the consumer experienced a tire blowout. the consumer has had ongoing problems with the tires for a year. the consumer was told he was not eligible for reimbursement because he no longer had the tires. *jb |
