Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving the consumer's vehicle had two separate tire blowouts. *nm the rear dual tires blew out and shredded into pieces. *jb the consumer wanted to know how does one shut off the engine while driving at any speed without having to put the vehicle in park first? the consumer stated doesn't a key less ignition car with push button start and stop for the engine require the transmission to be in park for the push button to be able to turn the engine off.
