| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Clockspring failure at 99,400 miles. it's been recalled 1996 - 1998 and 2001 - 2002 and 1999 dodge durango's have all been recalled. westport dodge refused to fix under recall or warranty. it's a safety issue as the horn and air bag don't work. cruse is out but not a safety hazard. dodge should be required to fix as almost all vehicles i searched have this problem and it's the result of a manufacturing defect (it was put togather wrong, causing the failure).*ak |
