| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I had a defective microwave replaced under warrenty by the dealer i purchased my motor home from. the replacement is a samsung mr1032bb (subject of recall). the service department or the dealer never informed me that it was the subject of recall or provided the warrenty registration card. the only way we knew it was a problem was through the goodsams club publication. i believe this oversight on the part of the dealership was extremely neglegent. the dealership is pontiac rv, pontiac illinois.*ak |
