| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: (1) we placed our 4-month-old child in his graco snugride car seat, which had been sitting in the car for several hours on a sunny day. (2) our child screamed for no apparent reason. when we took him out of the car seat, we saw 4 small welts on the back of one arm. over the course of a few hours these blistered and popped. when we looked at the car seat we realized that the welts came from the small metal snaps that attach the infant headrest to the seat. (3) we have contacted graco but have not heard back.*ak |
