Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Evenflo car seat triumph my 15 month old was able to lift the side of the car seat cover and pick at the styrofoam base. i found styrofoam in her mouth, and i also have photos of the damaged car seat. i called evenflo and reported it and wanted to have it repaired, redesigned or replaced. they sent me an identical car seat cover (aztec) and assurances that the design engineers would be notified. this was not going to prevent my daughter from accessing the styrofoam. i returned the carseat to the target store and made a complaint. since i did not have my receipt and i do not still have the car seat i am unable to give the proper exact date of manufacture or purchase. i do remember it was manufactured in june 2004 and i purchased it shortly after my daughter's 1st birthday june 16.*ak
