| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Cpst checking car seat today noted a problem with possibly mis-threaded harness adjustment strap. when consulting cr instructions page 20-21, it appears that splitter plate opens to the left side in diagram. splitter plate actually opened to right. the orientation of the splitter plate is significant as written instructions are based on the diagram. possible that instructions were incorrect however more likely that harness adjuster strap (& therefore splitter plate) was reversed in manufacturing process. difficult for parent to follow instructions. should consider replacement of harness adjuster strap or instruct owners on how to reverse the strap.*ak |
