| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The carburetor cap on a newly purchased pantry 49cc motorcycle came off while my 11 y/o son was riding it. with no way to retard it, the throttle went to full bore. with no way to stop the bike, my son's response was to jump off in order to avoid a catastrophe. he suffered some minor scrapes and loss of confidence. the bike in-turn, was scraped on the left hand side hand grip and foot peg, and the left hand foot peg assembly with the kick-stand attached was bent back to the point where the kick-stand now rubs against the drive chain and chain guard. *ak |
