| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Lyon investigations, inc. after inspecting the primary drive assembly on a 2003 ultra chopper it has come to my attention that the nut securing the front sprocket spacer is not torqued sufficently to keep the rotor and its washer from moving. this movement eventuially causes the splines to wear in the rotor and spacer prematurely. this can cause the engine to stop running when the splines in teh rotor strip completely.*ak |
