| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have been having problems with the adjustment of the straps of the britax marathon car seat ever since i bought it. then, a few weeks ago, i happened to be in a store and saw that it has been recalled because of strap adjuster problems. 1-britax never notified me of the recall. 2-when i called them they did not give me instructions on how to check for their problem. 3-they advised me that they would send me new components and instructions to correct the problem, which i never received. 4-they demanded that i not return the car seat. i spent a lot of money for this car seat. i do not work, and i cannot afford to get another seat while waiting for them to correct their problem. *ak |
