| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This is regarding a car seat: i purchased an evenflo triumph dlx on oct. 2, 2004. the carseat came only with a latch belt on the left side. the latch belt and hook on the right side was missing. i purchased the seat at babies-r-us in silver spring, md. when i telephoned the store, the worker (john on oct. 3rd) checked the other seats of the same make and model and found that they were all defective. i'm concerned that all triumph dlx's were made incorrectly and sold.*ak |
