| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Hazard warning switch is bad. my 2000 alero was built prior to february, the 2000 recall, and the acknowledgment and correction of the blatent safety issue has been ignored. it hasn't been handled satisfactory. after a month long run around of phone calls and promises, a certified letter with endorsment of documentation was mailed to oldsmobile on the matter. i was given a claim number a month ago by oldsmobile of 1-253388704. *ak melissa keffaber (purchased as melissa johnson) |
