| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My f150 pickup has virtually no rust but 2 days ago i was underneath and saw rust spots on the engine oil pan and big bubbles under the paint so i thought i would scrape them off and rustproof but as soon as i scraped the oil poured out and when i put pressure on the rust spots (about 6 square inches)they were soft. if the oil pan would have failed at highway speeds i think it would be a serious safety issue. i am having the pan replaced oct 11 and will keep it. *nm |
