Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: (safety issue) while driving on the highway, the plastic sun roof air deflector shattered and pieces of the air deflector ended up on the highway possibly hitting other vehicles. there are no signs of the air deflector being hit by any type of object. it just appeared to crack in the center and the center section came off. both ends of the deflector were still attached to the vehicle. i did report this incident to volvo, but they did not seem concerned about it and would not let me know if this was a recurring incident. *nm |
