| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer received a recall notice. took vehicle to star pontiac on county rd, easton pa, telephone number 610 258 3800 for repairs. consumer insisted that the dealer was only suppose to be repairing the recalled part. consumer picked up the vehicle, but only drove it 1/2 mile it broke down. she called the dealer. he came, and without examining the vehicle told her that the timing belt broke. consumer said this could not be true because she had the timing belt replaced in january 2003.*ak *tc |
