Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer took vehicle to the dealer for recall repairs, and was told by dealer that even though she received the recall vehicle already had the correct part. so there was nothing that they needed to do to vehicle. also, dealer told consumer that if vehicle had another kind of part then they would replace it with the recall part. since there was nothing that they could do for consumer they would charge her $80.00 to do anything further. dealers name was anderson located in lake havasu city, az. 928-855 5153. consumer claimed that vehicle was doing exactly what the recall mentioned, it hesitated/stalled, and check engine light came on. *ak |
