Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2000 toyota tundra has developed a crack in the exhaust manifold. this is not a normal defect so i did some research. apparently, there is a tsb for the o2 sensors and then sometimes in changing these the dealership also has to replace the manifold because the threads strip. maybe toyota is just trying to hide the problem with the manifold. this is a common problem with tundra's and i feel that there should also be a tsb on the manifold. this type of defect is not normal on vehicles of any age and it is very widespread among the tundras. *nm |
