| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My daughters infant car seat handle seems very loose. it reclines back for car position and sitting position, but when it is in the carry position it seems like it could break off at any minute. i no longer carry her using the handle anymore. the car seat was purchased as a travel system from evenflo. i have all the details if you would like to contact me about them. i will get my paperwork out for it and email you it once you respond. also, the car seat does not come out of the base as the instructions say, you are supposed to only have to pull the red lever and you actually have to pull the red lever, and at the same time pull a black release. so that is broken as well. *nm |
