| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I took my 1996 plymouth neon for an inspection sticker and oil change, and was told i need two new tires (weather cracked) and a new head gasket. i found that this is an extremely common problem with neons, and was told by a friend that he had been reimbursed for the same problem in his 1999 neon by 50%. the same dealer told me that the warranty had run out, and i was not eligible. however, i feel this was a problem with the maufacturing, and do not feel i should be responsible for the payment.*ak |
