| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While traveling on interstate 10 in el paso, texas, the left rear tire (michelin xps rib 245-75r-16) on my pickup catastrophically failed, causing damage to the truck and a potentially deadly situation on the interstate. the tire is no longer available, but pictures of the failed carcas are. as all four tires were the same model and purchased at the same time, it was necessary that all four be replaced in addition to body repair to the truck.*ak |
