Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have a 2000 victory v92sc. on many occasions my transmission has down shifted on its own from 3rd to 2nd, 4th to 3rd, and grinding hard each time it happens. i have talked to two different dealerships about this problem. both have told me that this is normal for these bikes('99-2000 victory's), and both have done numerous tranny replacements each. this is a very dangerous problem, due to the fact that i have almost been rear ended a few times due to the tranny slipping out of gear in traffic, and the shifter sticking while trying to go through the gears.*ak
