| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought my mustang in 2001 and the paint on the roof of my car is rusting/cracking from the inside out. there are several of these forming i went to koons ford of falls church and talked to john morris (703) 241-7298 ext 1500 which got in contact with a ford rep ray risano and they stated that there is nothing that they can do because the car is past the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. i have very detailed photographs if requested.*ak |
