Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Car failed to start properly and dealer indicated the "fuel pressure regulator is leaking". the fuel pressure regulator was replaced and the problem solved, but i was charged for the service. a recall had been placed on the same car (buick park avenue) model for factor replacement of the fuel pressure regulator for other cars bought the same year (2000). was told i must file a complaint if i expected to have the service paid by a recall.*ak
