| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My ignition on my 2001 ford focud zx3 also has locked up as so many others. it has done this many times before and this saturday it has finally gave up, leaving me and my girl friend stranded 25 miles from home. i tried jiggling the steering wheel and keys and spend about 3 hours trying to get the ignition unlocked. this is definently a design flaw and ford needs to address it. i will definently not be buying a ford again if this is how they treat their customers and design their shoddy cars.*ak |
