| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1) earlier in the year, i took car for its on-time oil change. mechanic said the car had no oil in it. did not give much thought until it happened again on the next oil change. after this oil change, i decided to take it to another mechanic. the also told me the car was out of oil & probably just leaking. they changed the oil & told me bring it in another day for them to look at it. several hundred miles before the next oil change was due, i noticed a clicking noise. i checked the oil ( the dip stick was dry) i put a quart of oil in it & drove it to this second mechanic. they told me the car had no oil leak, but the car had no oil in it. icalled the deealership & will be taking the car in this week!*ak |
