Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While driving, the rear view mirror failed. this caused poor visibility. the rear view mirror dimmer function failed as well. the mechanic informed the consumer that the vehicle was operating as designed. please fill in additional information. *jb the consumer stated that for tall people the auto dimmer does not work at the angle it is attatched. the second row seat head rest blocks the sensor. the consumer stated that the glare is dangerous. *tc
