| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Windshield wipers failed intermittently. motor required sealing or replacement. *bf the consumer received a recall notice regarding the windshield wiper motor, however it took one month to get an appointment. when the consumer did drop off the vehicle he wa assured the vehicle would be ready by the end of bushiness. the consumer received a phone from the dealer stating the vehicle had not been looked at. the consumer stated a 15 minute inspection and possibly an additional 15 minutes it the motor required sealing or replacement would have been an extra day the dealer needed to perform the repairs. *jb |
