| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer stated that she was told that there was a recall on her child's safety seat. she says she called the manufacturer and confirmed. she was told at that time that they would be sending her a replacement strap. she staed she was suppose to have received the strap by sep. 30, but has not yet received the part. she stateed each time she calls they give her another date. she has a britax model e9l060 made in dec 02. please help. the recall number is 04c00v2000. *jb |
