| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The consumer called britax two months ago to receive a kit for the harness. however, she has not received the kit. she contacted britax and was told that they would send the kit whenever they got a chance, she then requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that she could not, and that she could leave her name and number, and a supervisor would call her back when they found the time. please provide any further information. *jb the consumer received the new harness in the beginning of november. *tc |
