| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Designer 22 car seat, as part of the spirit travel system; sold through wal-mart; model number 01-938-jos. the straps that are supposed to hold the baby secure in the seat work loose. the clips on the back of the seat do not hold the straps. i noticed that there was a previous complaint, and the remedy was to send new straps.(odi id #10087221) i feel that the clips are the problem. know personally of three seats that this has happened with.*ak |
