| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Crash with a vehicle who pulled out in front of us. we were going 60+ mph on a 65 mph marked highway. our front passenger side hit the other vehicle's driver ('89 lincoln towncar) quarter panel. both vehicles were totalled by insurance. no airbags in my vehicle deployed. fortunately, the structure of the vehicle held up to the crash and there were minimal injuries. the seatbelt caught the driver and there wasn't anyone in the front passenger seat or there might have been more injuries since the airbags didn't deploy. vehicle was totalled and no replacement or repair was done.*ak |
