| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2001 yukon xl and have a parking brake problem. when the pedal is pushed, it goes all the way to the floor. when i raised this issue with the service dept. in the first 3,000 miles, i was told this is normal, but have since discovered otherwise. i now have 46,000 miles on the vehicle. i just paid $125.00 to have it repaired by another dealer who told me of the design defect. gm needs to recall all the vehicles and correct the design flaw.*jb |
