| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2002 sunny brook 5th wheel came with goodyear wrangler ht 225/75r16 "e" tires. i had my first tire separation in june 2004. damage was over $2000 to my trailer. second tire separation was sept 2004. i saw the tread separate in my side mirror and was able to get off the interstate before it went flat. no damage to the trailer that time. the third tire separation was nov 14, 2004. the tire stayed inflated, but the tread and broken belts has caused more damage to the wheel well, fender and skirting. the dot# is mk1lmmhv1202. goodyear was informed of the first tire failure within a couple of days of incident. they did not inform me of any problems or offer to replace the other 4 tires. i have filed a new complaint with goodyear, and they have offered to replace the remaining tires and pay for all damages. *ak |
