| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Recall 01v067000 concerning power sliding doors. consumer took vehicle to the dealer to have recall repairs performed. since then the sliding doors did not work intermittently. currently, dealer wanted to charge consumer $440.00 to repair what should have been done correctly the first time. consumer then called the manufacturer for assistance. manufacturer refused assistance because the vehicle had 133, 000 miles, and that the problem was wear and tear. consumer was very upset and felt that if the work was done correctly the first time this would not have happened. *ak |
