| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Re: defective fuel system in 1997 cadillac deville. requesting a defect investigation. *bf about an hour after recall repairs were made tot he vehicle fuel rail the consumer smell gas fumes. the consumer checked the vehicle and saw a leak coming from the fuel regulator. the vehicle was returned to the dealer and they replaced the o-ring. the vehicle was driven back tot he consumer's home where he again noticed a fuel smell. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer who replaced the regulator assembly and charged the consumer for the repair. the consumer request reimbursement for the replaced regulator assembly since it was related to recall 04v110000 . *nm |
