| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Recently purchased a 2000 ford excursion. blew spark plug right out of head. took back to dealer where i purchased it. they put in a heil coil. 5 months later same thing happened only different spark plug. took to ford. told it was going to cost me 3500.00 to replace new head. did some research online, this is a very common problem with 1996-present ford trucks and even ford mustangs. ford is refusing to acknowledge the problem. meantime everyone who it happens to usually ends up shelling out $3000.00 plus.*ak |
