| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Interior lights will not go out. this started happening out of nowhere one day. it is a serious safety issue for night driving. i was told it needs an instrument cluster panel and door latch with estimated cost of over $700.00. ford said it's not under warranty. this vehicle was purchased new. i suspect this is a defect in many excursions. i have been driving 38 years and have never experienced or heard of a problem of this nature. this is not a wear and tear issue. i believe it is a defective part. also, power seat on drivers side has now stopped working.*ak |
