| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Transmission was poping in and out of 3rd and 4th gear, while riding this spring with a few other couples,my bike locked up in 4th gear causeing me to go into a slide, i kept it under control and thank god the other riders where paying attention,it could of been very serious. i contacted my dealer at turnone motorsporst and he told me that they had 2 more victory's in house with the same problem and one of them only had 1200 miles on it. he than told me that polaris was upgradeing the transmission to the 2003 tranys and that they would cover the parts but not the labor, which i payed $828.87 in out of pocket exspence.i've also filed complaints in the past regaurding this issue when i first notice a problem.*ak |
