Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2004 chevrolet colorado 4wd extended cab truck that constantly vibrates at speeds of 30mph and 55-60mph. the truck shakes as if it is out of alignment or tires are unbalanced. i had the truck to the dealer a total of four times - twice for re-balancing the tires and once for a set of new tires. the dealership said that the tires were recalled because of cupping. but, the problem of vibrating or oscillating still exists. the dealership has been actually very helpful, but frustrated. i was told that this may be a defective driveshaft, which tells me this could be a dangerous situation. *jb |
