| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2004 envoy xl with a v-8 motor. i have complained to the dealer, who states they can't find a problem, that the transmission jerks extremely bad when it changes into 2nd gear and then again when it shifts into drive. i have been told by other envoy owners that they have actually had their transmissions replaced, and one friend had even had his vehicle exchanged under the lemon law. the dealer had virtually done nothing to correct the problem. other dealers in my area don't want to mess with the vehicle, and it only has 6500 miles on it. i'm beginning to believe that i've been stuck with a lemon. *ak |
