| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The cars side mirrors are memory side mirrors are supposed to automatically adjust to the drivers preset positions. when the car is put into drive, these mirrors adjust themselves to a random position, thus rendering them unless. they must be manually adjust for visibility and this process must be repeated every time the car is put into drive. the car has been in for service twice, with no successful improvement or correction to solve the problem. gm now refuses to attempt any additional remedies. *nm |
