Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: We have been using our graco ultra cargo seat, model 8487, with harness straps for over a year without a problem. in converting the seat to use as a booster with our vehicle seat belts, we have discovered that the seat belt cannot move freely through the seatbelt guide (known to graco as comfort clips) located at the top of the seat. i believe this is a safety issue as the guide may prevent the vehicle shoulder belt from retracting. in august 2004, consumer reports refused to rate a booster seat that did not allow the seat belt to retract. this is further affirmation of a safety issue. the seat should be recalled.*ak
