| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Passenger window back left. window came down while driving. could not put window back up using the power button. had to put it up using both hands--one on outside of window--one on inside of window. window was repaired by local mechanic. he stated that the regulator was bad and this had to be replaced with power window motor/regulator assm. he also said that i should contact general motors because he didn't feel this should have happened with this young a car. cost of repair was $375.48 total. this was on my 2000 pontiac bonneville. i feel i should be reimbursed this expense.*ak |
