Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My complaint is when you turn on the air or the heat in the car you have to have the nob turned to "3" or you don't get anything out. which means you end up being to warm or too cold. at levels "1" & "2" nothing blows out of the vents. this has been on going for a few months.*ak
