| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The vehicle spare tire could not be release from the storage area under the rear bumper of the consumer's van. *nm while driving, the rear left tire shredded to pieces. when the consumer attempted to changed the tire and replace it with the spare, she discovered the spare tire would not move from its location. the consumer was told that after a few years the spare rusted up inside the storage area. the service department lubed and used a grease gun and the spare came out just like it was supposed to and went back in as well. *tc |
