| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Nannia airway swing model#874303 manuf date 10/24/2002. the base or seat eaisly comes disconnected from the back of the child restraint system. the manufacuture advised they would send a metal screw to replace the plastic one in the seat area. no instructions came with the replacement screw. manufacutre advised if the replacement screw ended up binding the car seat when it was installed they would replace the seats. we have at least 50 of these seats still on the shelves. the manufacture advised a client of ours that both screws in the base needed to be replaced and sent them two screws with no instructions - the did not advise the possiable binding of the crs once the new screw was in place.*ak |
